I was born and raised in Utrecht. Because my mother is English, I was raised bilingual. This comes in handy on a daily basis. I am happily married to Karin and we have 2 beautiful children. We live in Utrecht and love it there.
Excited about
Learning, reading and anything with sports, watching as well as doing it yourself. I am also active for the Giving Back Foundation. Giving Back represents a diverse society in which everyone has an equal chance, with whatever background you have, to develop his / her talent and become successful.
Experience
After my education I started working in 1994 in the real estate department of the then largest notary office in Utrecht. I learned a lot and discovered many pitfalls you should take into account as a estate agent. Until this day, I benefit of the gained knowledge, especially if it is not a standard transaction.
After this good training in 1999, I switched to a Estate Agents office. In 15 years, I gained a lot of experience first as manager of the newhousing department, later as a. Estate Agent in the existing homes department at a medium sized agency. During this period I developed myself into an allround Estate Agent (purchase, sale, valuation and rental) with additional specializations: styling or metamorphosis of problem houses, debt relief support, sustainability consultant.
In mid-2014 I started making Kraaijkamp Estate Agents into a success.
Hope
In addition to good health and a happy family life, I hope as an estate agent I keep having the drive to want to get the best for you customers. Whatever happens the estate agents trade remains interesting and varied.
